The CK Micro TIG Torch will handle your hard to reach welding jobs. With a low profile and clear pyrex nozzles, the Micro TIG Torch is the perfect tool for the operator to see their work, ensuring a high quality weld in normally hard to reach places. The water cooled torch has a 140 amp rating along with a water cooling jacket that keeps the Micro TIG Torch operating at maximum performance, even with a 3/32” tungsten electrode. The torch includes three interchangeable torch heads: 45, 90 and 180 degrees, the different angles heads all use the same pyrex nozzle eliminating the need for angled nozzles.
The tungsten electrode is easily adjustable with the Tungsten Stick-Out Gauge and Wrench. Simply set the gauge to the desired length and tighten the collet with the wrench securing the tungsten electrode. The Micro TIG Torch Kit includes micro torch, 45,90 and 180 degree nozzle heads,.040”, 1/16”, and 3/32” collets, two clear pyrex cups, three tungsten, alumina cup, super flex hose, and Tungsten Stick-Out Gauge and wrench. It includes a 10 ft zippered nylon cover, that you need to install on the torch, to keep the black gas line, blue water supply line and red power cable neatly bound together and protect them from abrasion and hot surfaces.
