Found this really neat affidavit by Mr Charles Ivy from Lexington Kentucky stating He is 65 years old and was born in 1894 in Wesley County Mississippi. And according to section 150.170 paragraph 5 of the Kentucky revised statutes entitles him to fish and Hunt without a license. It is sealed bye the Nicholas County Clerk J. Berry Burnaw. It folds up neatly into the small envelope from the clerk's office that would fit in your wallet.
Old and used so not perfect.
