1988-89 Autographed Juan Gonzalez Game Used Bat Signed Cooper Texas Rangers MLB. Bat is in great condition beautiful signature signed in blue sharpie. Has a crack along handle as shown in photos that runs about an inch above the yellow line on handle ribbon to about midway down the handle. Crack is not splintered or have any missing pieces.
Only ball marks on the bat are pictured in the last 2 photos. Bat does have a lot of clete marks also pictured, which Juan can be seen during games knocking dirt off his clete’s every time approaching the plate. He did the same at batting practices as well.
Bat was purchased at Arlington Stadium during the 89 season. Every Wednesday the clubhouse would bring bats from the previous weeks use up to the main gift shop for sale on a first come basis. Some bats were cracked & some were not but all were used. This was one of those bats.
I then got this bat signed during batting practice at one of the Texas Rangers home stands after purchasing when I was a kid. All signed items were obtained by me and I guarantee them to pass JSA, PSA DNA authentication services or money back!

Bat will ship in a used bat tube, although I would suggest buying a new bat tube for display purposes as this one has been in storage for close to 30 years.
