This bat came from the Personal Collection of Philadelphia's most iconic sports talk personality who got it from Strawberry during a home stand at Veterans Stadium when the Phillies hosted the hated Mets.
The Mets Great signed the bat in blue sharpie on the barrel under the Factory printed block lettered name D. STRAWBERRY.  An age faded black sharpie #18 for the Strawman's uniform number is on the knob and on the barrel end.  The knob also has the factory stamped "113A" model number, the "220" batch order, and a number "8" stamp for the year (1988).
This terrific bat is uncracked, yet it has terrific game use, including ball impressions, multi-colored bat rack marks, cleat marks and light evidence of pine tar.
