1995 POPEYE License Plate REAL from Illinois MINT/UNUSED Make an Offer

I really don't know how how to start this. I'm a 75 year old guy that has been
buying and selling
this kind of COOL Stuff since the 1980's.
I've been in more antique malls and done more shows
then I wish to remember.  I'm selling off all the cream that didn't get out for re-
sale. That's right!
That's where
this came from. I've been buying and selling on
eBay since 1998. I am proud of that!

This is an actual 1995 license plate from Illinois, showing POPEYE and his
Buddies! It's MINT and UNUSED!
