The exterior is in good condition, residue from stickers remain and can be removed with goo gone.
Never been in an accident.
Interior is pretty basic, solid steel everywhere.
Automatic transmission.
Many interior scratches in the paint from people getting in and out.
Tires in good to very good condition, unknown how many miles on them.
Every door has an individual lock.
Heat and AC work.
It was used primarily for surveillance.  Most of the equipment is still in the truck- monitors and cameras have been removed.

The only mechanical issue we are aware of is the power steering has a leak.  VERY IMPORTANT since on this type of vehicle, the power steering ALSO controls the brake system.
This may be a bad line or the pump itself, we were not able to locate it.
