    Our Oracle Case Foam consists of multiple layers of extruded foam laminated to each other. OCF is 2” thick, flat, closed cell foam plank for gun cases, instrument cases, microphone cases and more. OCF can be die-cut, heat-sealed, welded, glued, saw cut, skived, water jet cut, routed and drilled to your precise specifications. Ideal cushioning applications include electronics, computer components, medical devices and is the Ideal manufacturing applications for: automotive, military, sporting goods, weapons cases, and musical instrument cases. If it gets dirty, you can scrub it with soapy water and hose it off, over and over again.

    OCF offers very affordable and total protection for anything sensitive to marring. OCF’s softness properties are   derived from a proprietary blend of polyethylene plank and additives. OCF is not a cross-linked foam, it is derived  from extrusion. More expensive cross-linked foams rely on a batch process. The result of OCF’s extrusion process is  a fine cell structure.
    OFC closed-cell polyethylene foam is easy to cut, shape and form into what you need it to be. OFC is resilient and non-abrasive.
    OFC foam provides excellent shock and vibration protection during product
    transport. OFC foam is also water resistant and has good flotation good insulation properties
    in any application.
    OCF cushions against heavy shock and vibration during transport in the roughest environment
    s. OFC’s Closed-cell structure is extremely durable and resilient, quickly springing back into
    shape even after thousands of compressions
    because of its 7 pound per cubic foot Density. Though it is very easy to cut, shape and form it into exactly what you need with something as simple as a serrated steak knife.
