    Description

    From a San Francisco Nautical Estate- this antique  SIZE 0 Bronze/Brass SAILBOAT SNUBBING OR  OUTHAUL WINCH remains in great good condition, still operating CRISPLY.  There are many photos showing it's details and condition.
    Probably Merriman Bros or Wilcox Crittenden.   I only have this one snubbing winch.  It shows no signs of ever having been mounted- It looks virtually new,
    Size '0' Winch measures a touch under 2" tall and 2" across the base.   CCW turn.    Excellent surface shows no use.  Same size as Wilcox Crittenden's size '0" winches.   Perfect for an boom outhaul or small mast winch.     A great little winch for a classic boat.
    A wonderful snubbing/ outhaul winch for an EARLY boat.  A 1900s Croninshield would love it.   A RARE GEM, and offered with an extremely ............Low Starting Bid.
