Antique WWI US Military Panoramic Machine Gun Sight 1918 Model 1207 Vtg

I tried looking thru this and everything seems blurry. There’s a small area with some information indicating this is a US model and the date 1918. The body seems to be wood. The ends are metal. I idea as to value. Maybe not worth anything? Sold as is.
It measures slightly over 19” long. US only please. Sorry international buyers, customs has been difficult this last year.
