    Description
    This is a Conn ST-4 Strobotuner. It was my great uncle's piano tuner in the 60s. His vision got pretty bad in his later years, hence the modification to the Tone Selector Knob and dial. I have tested all of it's tubes on a Hickok 539B Tuber Tester. All have plenty of life. The tuner seems to calibrate fine when synching with the local 60hz signal (see picture). However, the signal seems weak when attempting to tune an external device. Other than the above, it is in pretty good shape. Selling as "Parts Only" with no returns.
