Dacor ERSD48 Range - Propane Conversion Orifices

Description

This is a kit to convert the Dacor ERSD48 range from Natural Gas to Propane (LP). This range incorporates orifices for its 6 topside burners and the broiler, while the ovens additional bake features are electric. The low heat function uses jets that produce a fuel stream that enables an ultra low BTU rating that is low enough to roll delicate gourmet sauces on all 6 top side burners. The regulator is convertible, so Natural Gas is rated at 4" WC and LP is rated at 10" WC.
These brass orifices and jets are a replacement for appliances that use male threaded orifices.
This set includes 7 orifices for a range with up to 6 burners and a ceramic broiler. The low heat jets must also be swapped with the 6 supplied jets to enable an ultra low simmer heat. Other manual adjustments might be necessary, so check your factory instruction manual details.
