Description

This is a red diecast bi-plane carrying a fairly soft plastic figure of Bugs Bunny.  The top wing shows "WHAT'S UP DOC?"  There's a propeller in front and two wheels.
The bottom of the plane has raised lettering with:
Left side - "LOONY TUNES / (trademark and copyright abbreviations) 1988"
Right side - "THE ERTL CO. / DYERSVILLE IOWA (zip) / MADE IN USA"
