This item has been used. There are scuffs and scratches on the stainless around the cooking surface. There are stains and signs of use in the oven. There are scratches from the grates on the top of the cooking surface and on the back stainless trim. There are scuffs on both sides of the range towards the top, and a dent on the right side. All shipments are insured and are properly protected either by being boxed or crated.
