    Description

CHOOSE between a host of different floating plant species, OR order a mix!
(Please include which plants you want in the mix in the buyer's note. If you do not specify I will send you a random assortment of four species.) The number of plants you receive varies by species and size, but you will receive at least ten whole plants! See plant descriptions below for more details.
I have a live arrival guarantee, so if tragedy befalls your plants during transit, worry not! I will send you a replacement or fully refund your order. Plants ship out on Mondays so that they spend less time in transit. If temperatures are very hot or cold, I may delay shipping to help ensure your plants make it to you safe and sound. All plants are grown in my home aquarium and are clean and healthy. I pack and ship the same day to make sure your plants are in good condition! However, travel can still be rough on them, so it is normal for the roots to break off or the leaves to pale. They will recover from this! If your plants arrive all yellow or brown or crushed, please send me a photo and I will refund you right away!
Why keep floating plants? Fewer water changes, less evaporation, and less algae for your tank! Your animals will enjoy the cover and more natural habitat they provide, making them happier, healthier and more active. Shrimp, livebearers, and Betta fish particularly enjoy the hanging roots that they can graze off of and swim through. They're also very easy to keep! None of the species I sell require fertilizer or CO2 to thrive and tolerate most lighting conditions. As long as you keep the leaves away from splashing, they will grow quite readily.
