Antique Ornate Large Victorian Brass and Onyx Andirons and Cross Bar
Late Victorian, Turn of the Century
Brass or bronze, onyx and cast iron
Twisting finials, cast bows and ornate overlay, onyx marble columns,
twisting log stops and substantial claw feet
Correct original Cross Rod, ornate ball center, twisting finials at each end
They measure 31"H, an overall depth of 27-1/2 inches
Claw foot bases are 8"Sq
Fire dogs are 23"L, length of 16 inches to the finial log stops

Excellent
Untouched, not cleaned, polished or enhanced
Age patina to the brass, no repairs
Some bending to one log stop finial, to one end finial of the Cross Bar
and to one support arm for the cross bar
Mentioned for accuracy
