This was originally sold as a heated jacket liner. The heating controls have been removed.  (We purchased it as a riding jacket for my daughter when she was younger.  We primarily wanted it for the waterproof/resistence and removed the cords because it was bulky and didn't intend to use for heat).  The jacket was worn once or twice.
This was sold as a jacket liner, but can be worn alone as a jacket.  It is a slimmer cut in order to fit under a jacket.
Jacket is in excellent shape, but for the heating parts being removed.
