International Shipping Methods:
International packages under four pounds are typcially sent by USPS First Class International Mail. Packages four pounds or over are sent by USPS Priority Mail International. Upgraded services are available upon request, but the additional charges are charged to the customer.
In order to comply with PayPal policies, we require International packages valued at 0.00 or more to be sent by Express Mail.
Tracking on International Packages:
The USPS does not provide tracking on First Class International packages. Therefore, we have no way of tracking a package once we mail it. We provide customers with the Customs Form (CN22) number assigned to their package. If a customer enters this number at the USPS website, it will show when the package was initially received by the post office. The post office does not update this information beyond showing when the package was received as they do not track packages sent by First Class Mail. The USPS provides tracking only on packages sent by Express Mail -- a more costly shipping option.
Combined Shipping
We are happy to combine shipping/handling charges when more than one item is purchased at a time. During our regular business hours we will package together the parts ordered and put together an invoice for a customer based on actual shipping costs plus a handling charge. We will automatically combine multiple purchases unless you ask us not to do so. We highly recommend that you wait to pay until after we send you a combined shipping/handling invoice.
In order to comply with PayPal policies, we require signature confirmation for all packages valued at 0.00 or more.
Sales Tax
Colorado residents and businesses need to supply a valid resale certificate or will be charged 4.90% sales tax.
