LG vintage Popeye composition statue 15"

Description

Nice vintage Popeye composition figure from the 30's or 40's.  Popeye stands 15" tall. He is not paper mache and not a carnival ware figure.  Paint is cracked and flaking...There is a hole for a pipe, but no pipe. . Probably used like carnival chalks as prizes for fairs and carnivals back in the day.   Buyer to pay shipping.
