For your consideration is a Mike Caruso 2001 Devil Rays/ Durham Bulls Louisville Slugger Game Used Bat!
Bat is uncracked. Has what looks to be light use due to the lacquer coating. After viewing the bat with my phone light on, I can see cleat marks on one side of the barrel and on the opposite side you can see the contact zone. There are weighted donut impressions as well.
Nothing written on either end.
Mike was a 2001 Devil Rays Spring Training non-roster invitee, he didn't make the team and played in 110 games with Durham for the 2001 season. No way to be sure where the bat was used, most likely in spring training due to the players logo still on the front of the bat. Early in 2001 they moved the players logo to the backside of the barrel.
