MLB Authenticated - Adalberto Mondessi (Cracked) Bat Issued By KC Royals. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail. Adalberto Mondesi is one of the Kansas City Royals’ great young players, along with Hunter Dozier, Whit Merrifield, Jorge Soler, Cheslor Cuthbert, Bubba Starling, Brett Phillips, and Nicky Lopez. This bat is MLB Authenticated as team issued to Mondesi, although unless the Royals are in the habit of issuing cracked bats, this bat was obviously game used. The is cracked in two places along the handle and has ball marks on the barrel. (See photos.) The bat is personalized for Mondesi and I would guess was manufactured on April 8, 2019 given the imprint “20190408”. The bat is made of maple and is built to be 33 inches and 30 ounces (based on the 33/30 imprint). The handle butt has a sticker with KC and Mondesi’s number (#27). I apologize about the quality of the photos. Since the bat is cracked, I did not remove it from the case to take pictures for fear of breaking it further. Thank you for purchasing!!
