  • Condition: I don't the origins of this piece. I found in basement at an estate sale in Philadelphia. Describing to the best of my ability. Rusty, crusty and dusty. "As-found" condition. I did not attempt to clean. Wrought iron is still intact, but very rusty and pitted. I believe the parrel bead is lignum vitae or ironwood. Very dense. No rot. I can imaging this having rope or rigging running through this on a side of a ship, but I do not know it's original purpose. ***Speculation: beach find at New Jersey shore? From the Delaware river? I just don't know, but it is a neat piece.***

    Here is an old Shipwreck Rigging Relic Lignum Vitae Parrel Bead Bullseye w/ Wrought Iron clasp.
