This is a nice vintage fireplace set of tools with the stand (see photos). The items are made of Yellow Brass with the stand having a cast iron weighted base (see photos). The item has 3 tools (a shovel, a poker and a set of tongs) in a holder for the tools to sit on the fireplace hearth (see photos). The item is from a nice estate. The item is marked illegibly by a maker on the underside of the base (see photos). The item looks to be American in origin to me (see photos and decide the age, the origin and the maker). The item is very dusty. The set is in as found estate condition. We are liquidating this item for the estate. The item has some scuffs, some bends, some tarnish to the brass, some rust to the underside on the base and some wear from age and use (see photos and / or written description for the condition of this item). The firetools and the holder stand in total measures about 2 feet 4 inches high and it is about 8 inches wide at the base. This is a nice brass fireplace set of tools to add to your collection.
