    Description

    NATO Folding Shovel - Extreme
    Great quality NATO type Olive green folding Shovel.
    These are ideal for winter and a must have in the boot/trunk of any car during the colder months.
    The head on these can be secured either in the traditional position as shown or at right angles to the handles so as to allow use in a pick/hoe action - ideal if you need to dig something out of snow. The handle design of these ensures and excellent grip allowing the shovel to be used to its best effect when compared with straight handled/traditional models.
    This is the heavier weight (Extreme) version, so a little heavier than its little brother. Also a little larger in design and the bevelling to the edges is more pronounced so would be more effective if trying to use as an emergency cutting implement. When open they measure 22 inches in length and 6 inches in width, with the head individually measuring 8 inches by 6 inches. When closed it measures 8 inches by 6 inches.
