Ventriloquist Dummy Doll
His body is not solid stuffed.  It is a wood frame, hollow front and back (see photos) with the head connected to a rod and mouth opens/closes with a lever.
Measures approx 31-32" tall (hard to be exact with the sneakers and attached hair)
No date or manufacturer markings on back of neck
In very good working condition for it's age.
These Jerry Mahoney stick-controlled mouth style heads were made from1950's to mid 1960's   I cannot be exact, sorry!

Photo #9 is the body wood frame from the front with the jacket unzipped
This ventriloquist dummy is part of a large collection of items I am selling for the family of the collector who has passed on... proceeds will help them pay their expenses. For this reason this item is being offered as NO RETURNS!
This ventriloquist dummy was part of his personal displayed collection.

- I am selling these ventriloquist dummies for the family of the owner.  I did not buy these new and I do not know the history of them.  Some may be all original as when new, some may not be.  I was told he did repair some, replace a head and or a body if one got worn or damaged.  If there are any dates, I can only offer that information - I cannot guarantee completeness, or originality of these dummies as I am not the original owner

SHIPPING
TO KEEP COSTS DOWN THE PRIMARY SHIPPING METHOD WILL BE UPS OR FEDEX
You must have a continental US residential or commercial address to select UPS or FedEx shipping
(AK, HI, PR, Guam, APO, VI, PO Box, etc. addresses cannot be shipped UPS or FedEx without an expensive surcharge)
Because the USPS charges a premium price for Priority Mail (and raised their rates again in January) without improving their service nor do they feel obligated to deliver it within the 2-3 days time they state and that YOU pay for, I do not offer that service as my primary shipping method.  Recently I have had Priority Mail packages arriving 5-7 business days or more coast to coast.  Both UPS and FedEx deliver all packaged within 4-5 days (even coast to coast) and they are allot less expensive than USPS Priority Mail.
If you prefer USPS Priority Mail
(or your address is a PO Box, AK, HI, PR, Guam, VI or APO) it is also listed as an option but  it is expensive.  The USPS now charge a premium for any package over 1 cubic foot (12x12x12).  If you prefer this method do not expect the package in 2-3 days!
AND do not complain to me when it takes a week or more to arrive!
HANDLING TIME
:
This item will be shipped within Two (2) Business Days after receipt of clear payment.  If payment is received on Thursday or Friday - it will be shipped the following week.
PLEASE NOTE

UNLIKE MANY SELLING VENTRILOQUIST DUMMIES, THIS DUMMY WILL NOT BE SQUEEZED INTO THE SMALLEST POSSIBLE BOX (ask them, that's how many will ship a dummy to you!)
The fragile head and hands will each be wrapped in bubble wrap and there will be
several inches
of biodegradable packing between these fragile parts and the outside of the box.  The box will be re-enforced with styrofoam strips to help prevent crushing by the shipper.
I never use airpacks or crumpled paper!
Yes, it will cost more than squeezing it into a Flat Rate Priority Mail Box... but it also has the greater chance of arriving undamaged - It's your money!
