Pennsylvania 1895-1995 100th Anniversary Tin Resident & Non-resident Hunter License # 2119 on all licences. Sold by Pennsylvania Game Commission. Metal plates are 4-1/2 x 3-1/2 -inch based on the hunting licenses of the 1930s and 40's. A full set of ( 4 ) consisted of a set of 2, 'Silver Edition', one Resident and one Non-Resident and another set of 2 'Gold Edition' also Resident and Non- Resident. Each license was sold separately, the Gold edition ones were 2- 1/2 times the price of the silver ones. A set of 4 of these plates are probably quite rare.
