Truck starts runs and drives excellent. The 12.7 series 60 Detroit @ 450HP it is  very very powerful. The engine Jake's brakes slow truck right down,  no slop in the steering, cab is quiet for a cab over.  The 4000 series Allison shifts firmly and tightly thru all gears. Could absolutely not have a better drivetrain COMBO. No Def or emissions like newer trucks. Truck has 117k miles and around 9000hrs. Truck is very very solid,  the only known mechanical issues is the abs light is on and the batteries don't hold a charge. It can be jump started and last a bit, But wont hold over night. Ac blows cool in the back, Front dash does not.
The pump Engages and pumps but it  does have a few leaks here from what i have seen at the ball valves that prolly need new Gaskets but it flow water nicely as you can see if the video. I think this truck would be great for a small volunteer department. I believe it is a 500 gallon tank.  Will come exactly as it is pictured including the master stream deck gun on top and the red line hose reel in the back. This would be a great unit to also pull the bed off and make a crew cab hauler out of. I personally have another one similar and love them. Way more power truck for the money.
