Toys R Us Geoffrey ? Bronze Mold for Rubber Toy or Bank Vintage

Description

So, it's definitely a giraffe..I think, late 60's, early 70's. Just taking a guess that it could be Geoffrey. Overall good shape, but pic 10 does show a small hole worn through on the side. If you know who this character is, please let me know!
Measurements are often in the pictures.
