Description

VINTAGE 1950's HOWDY DOODY PUSH BUTTON PUPPET BY KOHNER.  This is a 6.5" push button puppet of Howdy standing behind the "NBC" microphone.  When the button is pushed, his body moves and his mouth opens.  He has a wooden body with plastic head and base. The words on the base of the platform read "HOWDY DOODY NO.180 PATENT NO. 2,421,279 A KOHNER PRODUCT c BOB SMITH".  Under Howdy, the words read "Kohner Bros N.Y. Patent No. 2,421,279."  It is made of wood and plastic.  It is in great condition for its age and the colors are very bright.  This would be an excellent addition to your Howdy Doody Collection.  Please see all photos for overall condition.
