Vintage 1964 Ideal Smarty Bird Toy for Repair or Restore
The toucan bird is pre-owned in good condition with scratches, paint loss, and dust from storage. The plastic on one of the feet is broken but could be glued back together. No other cracks that I could find. I put batteries in, but could not get it to run. The tail moves left and right easily which operates if it's walking forward and backward, rolls the eyes and flaps the beak. No corrosion in the battery area, clean. Measures approximately 16" x 19" x 6". Marked Ideal and made in the USA.
