See the label. Please do note that the label is really worn and frayed and no longer completely attached to the jacket.

It is not. Any spots/stains/soiling, wear/snags to fabric (see pic 8) or anything else is to be considered character. Please see pic 7 as it shows the piping is frayed in the armpit seams. This is as is which is just as described and pictured. If you have any questions please ask (as this is as is).
Size M. Keep in mind that vintage sizes tend to run differently/smaller than modern day sizes.

Fully extended...fully taut.. armpit seam to armpit seam is 24 1/2” (do not expect to wear it this tight/taut as it’s pulled as much as possible at this measurement).
