    Description

    Offered from a local NJ estate is a great condition vintage pair of cast iron fireplace
    STANDING OWL ANDIRONS with AMBER GLASS EYES
    15" tall, 9 1/2" across at the branch feet and 16" deep
    The fire dogs don't come off although I think they did originally
    Sooty backs and a bit of rust on the bases, see the close ups
    Very good vintage condition with no chips cracks or breaks
    no makers mark that I could find but plate on backs markd copyright Sept 14 1887
    Heavy and will have to be shipped in one piece so a large package as well
