    Description

    For your thoughtful consideration one WES CHAMBERLAIN Philadelphia Phillies Game Used Louisville Slugger Bat (Cracked). This bat has not been professionally authenticated.
    Our neighbor was at a St. Louis Cardinals baseball game at Busch Stadium (II) vs. The Phillies in the early 90s, and had great seats down by the field. During an At Bat, Wes broke his bat on a pitch. As he walked towards the dugout to get a new bat, our neighbor yelled "Hey Wes, Can I Have Your Bat?" Wes was very gracious and handed the bat to the bat boy and instructed him to give it to the fan (our neighbor).
    Interestingly, Wes' last name is misspelled on the bat. I researched and was able to find a 1994 Score Baseball Card that features Wes using the same model bat.
    Very interesting piece of baseball memorabilia.
