This is an open Box Item. Was sealed till I opened it up to take pictures. Comes complete with all manuals and paperwork and everything that came from manufacture at time of sale but warranty. No, the warranty isn't available. Ive spoken to Sub Zero and this item is not covered under manufacture warranty due to 3rd party sales. Sorry! "SOLD AS IS"
