_-_YELLOW FLAME BACOPA INFO & CARE_-_
Given descent lighting, a fine to somewhat coarse substrate and regular fertilization, this plant will prove to be a highly adaptable and hardy variety, ideal for most aquariums and terrariums. It does best in clean, clear water. The small (1 in.) green, oval leaves contrast well with other leaf shapes. Plant this species in groups, about 1.5-2 in. apart. During the first few hours of the photo-period (given bright lighting and adequate fertilizer) this plant turns a bright yellow to dark reddish color, giving it a third nickname 'Yellow flame'.

_-_ABOUT MY AQUARIUMS_-_
? All of my plants are grown submersed, in a climate controlled environment with fish, shrimp and snails
? Most companies grow their plants out of water, which take longer to adapt to the aquatic form
? I use high light and fertilizers so any melting or stalling will most likely be the plant adjusting to your aquarium or pond's water parameters
? Plants may take a week or two to develop roots (depending on the state of your aquarium)
? As always plants will do better with high lighting and C02, but neither are required
