HOW TO REPORT DEAD PLANTS
- If you are shipping with First Class, you must report within 6 hours of delivery for a full refund.
- If you are shipping with Priority mail, you must report within 12 hours of delivery for a full refund.
- Please take a clear photo of the dead plants and send them to me. A full refund will be sent.
- If you only meet some of these requirements or cannot take a photo, only a partial refund will be given.

These plants are raised in a tank and will adapt much better to your conditions than farm grown plants
SNAILS
- My tank has some Ramshorn snails, contrary to popular belief, they are completely harmless.
